There are a million Green Smoothie recipes out there, but for someone so skeptical as myself I just had to share my favorite one. I’ve always seen these recipes on pinterest, but really been scared to try them. In an effort to be more healthy in 2015, I knew I had to give it a try. After trying several different ones and combining a few recipes, I came up with a Green Smoothie that takes less that 5 minutes to make.
Healthy Green Smoothie in 3 Easy Steps
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Banana, Peeled
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango, Peeled
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Kale, remove stems
- 1/2 Cup Non Fat Yogurt
- 1 tsp of artificial sweetener, optional
- Add all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until Smooth
- Drink Up
